Terms of Service

1. The service

VibeBoost helps you grow on X by finding posts to reply to, drafting content in your voice, scheduling, and tracking stats. You publish everything yourself; VibeBoost does not autonomously post to others on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older, provide accurate information, and you are responsible for your account.

3. Subscriptions, trial and billing

• Growth and Pro plans, monthly or annual, billed via Stripe; prices are shown at checkout.
• 7-day free trial — a card is required and is not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing via the Stripe portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds — payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. The digital service begins immediately, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once started (we ask for your express consent to begin). We consider refunds case by case within 7 days.
• Prices may change with notice before renewal.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment or unlawful content. Do not violate X's Terms or Automation Rules, misuse APIs, or breach our security. You are responsible for the content you publish, and you must keep a human in the loop for anything posted to X.

5. Your content

You own your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it (including sending it to our AI providers) solely to run the service.

6. Third-party services

VibeBoost integrates with X, Stripe and Google under their own terms. You are responsible for your compliance with X, and we are not liable for actions X takes on your account, including suspensions.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" with no guaranteed growth results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits what cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop or delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

French law applies, with the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
